"Restricted Area" documents

‘Restricted Area’ documents are documents that UPOV has not made publicly available. From 2012 to 2022, APBREBES obtained access to the documents on the basis of the Freedom of Information Act and made them available here. In 2024, the Consultative Committee decided to end the restricted area on the UPOV website and to make the relevant documents publicly available. For this reason, APBREBES will no longer continue to publish these documents.
