The “International System of Cooperation” (ISC) is a demand of the International Seed Federation (ISF), the International Community of Breeders of Asexually Reproduced Ornamental and Fruit Plants (CIOPORA) and CropLife International (CLI), for harmonization and centralization of plant breeders' rights administration and examination of applications by way of a simple “agreement”, with far reaching consequences for plant variety protection at national level.
